What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA.
My parents have a life estate in the property that they signed over to me. I have a recorded deeds for the entire 62 acres. However, there are 6 different deeds to cover all the acreage. My questions are: should i combine the parcels into one deed? Should I carry my own homeowners insurance or is theirs valid? There is a gas lease on the property, can I be held liable for any injury to the workers or property owned by the gas company.
Thank you in advance.
