What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

My funds are extremely limited. My mother left everthing to me in her will. The only asset is her house, which I continue to live in. Can I just file a Summary Administration request? The house is worth less that $75,000. If so, how do I go about doing that? Thank you.
