What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri. Help Our deed for Contract has Expired it has been recorded back to us and we have changed the locks. the woman has not lived in this home since The 1st week of Dec 09. She has broken into the home and is now occuping it on the advce of her attorney, Can I have her arrested for breaking in and tresspassingz?:eek::eek: She refuses to communicate with us in any way.

**A: yes, you can call the police but based on the lies the woman will tell them, the police may deem it a civil matter.
It appears that there is more to this story so you should hire an attorney.
