Hello all,
I am planning on starting an LLC in california. If it is a single person LLC, if something happens to me, my wife will get ownership of LLC or do I have to include her as co owner? Also if someone wants to sue me for personal liability can they go after my llc or that won't be covered under my assets since it is a separate entity?
