Trash throwing Neighbors

My neighbors keep throwing trash on my property and wont pick it up. I have ask them to stop it, given one of them a trash bag, posted signs. One of the signs was torn down. They have burn trash and poison the grass. I have filed a complaint with th e sheriff department but they keep doing it.
What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MS

File a complaint with the Sheriff every time they dump trash on your property.

Point a USB camera towards a point in your property-where the dumping is occurring. Take that down to the sheriff's- That should remedy the matter quickly.

From personal experience, try calling the litter hotline for your state. Our sheriff didn't care about trash, but the state department of natural resources responded quickly.
