What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland
We currently have a corporation and we are looking to expand our market. To draw the attention of different clients we would like to use a different name for that particular market. We would be operating in the same location, or possibly expanding to store front beside ours.
Is there a way to add the new name to our current corporation so we don't have to go through all the paper work,fees ect.. as you would in starting a new corporation. We would not like to treat this as new business. Any help on how to do would be greatly appreciated.
