What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois
I was gifted an 11 acre piece of farm land (ag assessed) from my parents farm.
there is an easement in their deed giving them ingress and egress to their property. when they gift me the section of land, what if any access through that easement would I have or would that have to be worked out with the property owner over which the easement passes?
