Couple of questions.
1) If I want to open a sole proprietorship and my business will be conducted in both CT and DC do I need to register two different Tax ID numbers?
2) If I want to register my sole proprietorship as a holding company that is then going to have several different business with different business names how do I go about doing that. Ex: John Doe Holdings (sole proprietorship) inside of John Doe Holdings I want to have Golf Co Inc. | Marking Co Inc.
