What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania
Divorce Property Settlement, my husband was to have signed over his share of a Timeshare to his first wife, 1996. Can he still do it with a Quit Claim Deed, have it notorized and recorded without her signature

There is no loan on the timeshare. It is paid in full. What can we do to give it back to her, without her signature as she is bound to kick up a stink about it. That's why I want to know the legal ramifications she loves going to court for the least thing.:)

Just quit claiming it may not get him out of the obligation to pay the timeshare fees. Timeshares aren't typically deeded like a house. He should consult a lawyer on this.
