I live and work in the state of NH. I was injuried while working at a ski area and was put on light duty while healing. During this time a salary reveiw was done on employees. My supervisor neglected to get mine done stating I would not get full benefit of it now. The main increase on this review was for years of work which for me is 11. Is there a way of getting a copy of WC rules to see if my employer can leagally deny me this increase because of being on workmans comp? Better yet, do you know?
