executor making accusations against siblings

Executor and wife calling siblings and accusing other siblings of lying, stealing, neglecting farm animals that belong to the estate.
Calling one sibling and making it seem like other sibling is doing wrong.
what can be done to executor and his wife for the harrassing phone calls.
can he be removed from his executor postion? What proof do you need of
the phone calls?

Considering the history, I suggest that you and the other siblings band together to retain an attorney to petition the court to appoint an independent administrator.
