What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri

Can and how do i request or petition the public admin handling minors estate for financial assistance in caring for minor (ie to pay real estste tax of childs home)

Who are you in all this? Is the property in trust for the minor?

Re Guardian

If the court appointed a guardian for the minors estate-then they would be responsible for duties related to said estate. If held in trust-then typically the trust would name the guardian. If none of the above is applicable-and you have a blood related interest then YOU TOO could petition.

There are very, very good reasons for the questions asked, especially to properly direct the OP rather than deal with "ifs".
