What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL

When selecting an officer for a Florida "S" Corp can you have a MGR and MGRM or is that for LLCs only?

When naming someone Director what rights does that entitle him to or is it set up by the President and Vice president of the company who hold all the shares?

Florida S corps can have traditional (President, CEO, VP, Secretary, Treasurer, Director) titles for their officers.

Shareholders elect directors (at least one). Typically the director(s) appoint/elect the officers, though your by-laws may specifically name them. You have to check your articles of incorporation and bylaws for the specifics.
