What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

My question is this. After 8 months since we purchased the house, the seller informed us last month that there was an error on the description of the property by the Title company. The seller contacted the title company without our approval. So last week we received a "Corrected Warranty Deed" from the title company. Of course, this deed was recorded without our acceptance. Can the seller do this? The title company did not even contact us to explain the error.

What should we do?
