What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey

I closed on a home in October of 2009. We moved in November 2009. The seller signed an addendum indicating that there was never any water intrusion or damage in the home. Additionally, they signed the addendum indicating they never attempted to make repairs for any water intrusion. Since moving in we have seen water intrusion multiple times and had it verified through waterprrofing specialists that the previous owner did attempt to cover signs of water intrusion through use of putty, spackeling, etc. What are my options in terms of going after the seller to either pay for getting the issues fixed. I have had 3 different companies come to look at issue and it will cost me approximately $15,000 to fix the issue

What were the findings when you had the home inspected prior to purchase?
