I have recently moved to Georgia for California. I still work as a programmer as an independent contractor, sole proprietor for a company in California. I work from my computer in Georgia. I bought a house in Atlanta so I want to set up a corporation to protect my assets. I intend to solicit some new business in Georgia but for now all of my income will be coming from the California company. I want to open a bank account in Geogria. Should I incorporate in Nevada or Georgia? or somewhere else?
