I live in Idaho and need some help.
I have 4 utility poles crossing my land that don't have anything to do with my home or property. Two of the poles have power transformers on them, one has a box for Cable One and the other has just lines.
My land doesn't side with any public land and the poles serve my neighbors house on one and an irrigation pump on the other. We also have Dish Network for our television service, not Cable One.
Can I charge some sort of rent for these being on my land?
