What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OH
I have an SBA line of credit and have not been able to make payments. My LLC business has not been operating since Dec 09. Sales projections for 2008 and 2009 were not met. I spoke to the collection agency and want to do whatever is necessary to make payments on this but they are threatening me with garnishment of personal assets (not that I really have anything). I am not trying to get out of this loan. I don't have the cash they want all at once. What can I do?
