executor is making siblings proof if they have any items at parents estate make have to have a receipt....is this legal?
I have a horse at my parents barn for over 10 years and now I have to find a receipt that my father gave me the horse...
I dont have a receipt for my horse, so the executor is saying she has to go the back to estate and I can buy her back?
