What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? indiana, are mom died last mouth.she had a will and lawyer.there is 7 kids i did not get to read the will how do i get a copy . my sister tells use we spit everything and said she has power over everything .the lawyer said she dont have to tell use nothing but to my sister.can you tell me what maybe going on. thank you (wayne)

go to the county courthouse for the county your mother lived in and look for the probate court. If things are being done properly, your sister should have opened probate for your your moms estate. The records in that file are public records. You can get copies of everything in the file.
