I live in Oklahoma. I mailed my Sewing machine to Michigan for waranty repair..In the shipping prosess the machine was broken beyond repair. The P.O. will not pay as they could not inspect the box. The receiver would not take box to P.O. for inspection.. Who is responsible?? I insured the machine for $1000.00. Can I sue someone in another state?? How do I go about taking them to small claims court out of state?? Any help is much appreciated..
