I AM IN ON A CONDO WITH SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO SELL IT. I WANT TO KEEP IT. CAN THEY MAKE ME SELL IT. THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD JUST TURN IT OVER TO ME WITHOUT COMPENSATION.
FIRST, CAN THEY MAKE ME SELL. I CAN AFFORD IT ON MY OWN
SECOND, IF THEY DO JUST TURN IT OVER TO ME, WHAT WOULD I HAVE TO DO?
AND ALSO TO MAKE SURE THEY CAN NOT RENEGE
