I have a court order for my ex-wife to vacate our shared home. My question is can I legaly have a locksmith change the locks to the house if she is not present after the court ordered date if she is not present. She has been notified by the court of the upcoming date. Knowing the way she thinks she will make it a point not to be around to hand over keys.
