executor and cameras

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio
if executor puts up security system at parents estate and if my home is close enough for the cameras to pick up is that an invasion of privacy..
executor did not ask other siblings about installing cameras

I have an attorney and he is telling me there is nothing I can do against the executor for removing and burning stuff from my father's estate, and keeping the siblings out of the house.
I live in Ohio
should I seek a new attorney?
