How can I get proof needed?

South Florida. Suing for unpaid wages. My former employer used an outside payroll company. I beleive two checks were issued in my name and then destroyed by my employer. How can I get copies of the payroll records from the outside payroll company?

You file a lawsuit against your employer, and then have the records Subpoenaed from the payroll company.
