recently the company i work for has indicated that soon all employees will be forced to go on a direct deposit system. i have been employed at this compmany for 23 years. it is in the state of ohio. they said anyone that does not conform will be terminated. will i be forced to open a bank account to accomidate them?

If you want to keep you job the answer is "Yes". Otherwise they will have every legal right to terminate your employment under an at-will policy.
