What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ohio

we are involved in a partnership and our partner (who has always taken care of the books) is very reluctant to have them examined by a cpa. we would like for the last three years of financial information to be turned over to an accountant and examined. how can we make this happen? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

So you're saying there is an Ohio law that says your books have to be audited by a CPA for the last 3 years? If so, then just show this person the law(documented letter) so they can comply.
