what is the proper form for a motion to direct issuance of Corrective Certificate of Title?
The title was issued in a Florida foreclosure. The title company discovered the error and will not issue clear title.
In simpler days, the Clerk simply corrected an error in title by issuing a Corrective C of T. New Clerk, now requires a motion.
I just need the proper form. If I am the Plaintiff, is the Clerk the Defendant? or is there another format? I have done motions in evictions before, but not this. Thanks for any help or direction!
