If a California employer has a large number of non-english speaking employees, isn't that employer required to translate employee communications into the first language of said employees? Please provide reference to labor code.

I would love to help you but I don't represent employers. I have never heard of such a rule. I would say that you should speak/email with a California labor law attorney about this. You can find one at https://attorneypages.com
