i want to start a business converting analog audio/video into digital form. will i run a risk of illegally reproducing business? where can i research for more information on this? thank you.

Copyright problems

I believe that you would be infringing copyrights by converting the material. That would be copying it. I believe the only way to do it without infringing the copyright is with the permission of the copyright holder.
