I am an employer in the state of oklahoma, governed by state and federal laws. i have an injured employee who has not worked in over 3 years. i have continued to pay his/family medical insurance. i can not hire another permanent employee as long as he is still an employee. Can I legally terminate his employment and/or quit paying his medical insurance?
