Hi, I have a "C" Corp open right now, but have not done any business.
It was opened in 2009. I was told to convert it to either a "S" Corp or a "LLC"
The "C" Corp is made up of myself, my wife, and my brother in law. We are starting our own clothing line. Would be be my best direction. And what forms would I need to file to convert.
