What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

My aunt died in March of 09. Her estate was worth about $200,000. Her will went to probate in Aug of 09. I signed a release letter for attorney March 2010. How long before I see inheritance? Thanks

Ask the executor/personal representative or the attorney.

(And, when your are asked to provide your State when initiating a thread, please do so.)

No one can predict accurately how long it should take, although it does seem as if you should have been paid by now. There may have been complications with the estate, so you need to be discussing why with the probate attorney.
