What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio
Executor letting his wife drive truck that belongs to the estate she is colored blind is this legal?
Executor locked all doors on the barn and he has a key and a nephew has a key, they lock 3 horses in a barn every night is that not a liability what if the barn catches on fire? who would be responsible?
Executor lets his wife in the estate while he is not present is that legal
she has not been appointed by the court?

I am one of the five heirs of the estate.
executor not communicating with any of the other 4 heirs
They have removed stuff from estate, burnt stuff from the estate and one
of the horses he is locking in the estate barn is mine
