What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Chicago, Illinois
If a company has a registered trade mark on say the name "Sam's Slam", they are in the fashion writing industry.
Now a blog, comes up with a name for their blog, called "Sam's Slam"
But they have nothing to do with fashion, they aren't even a company, they just make reviews of various products and their blog, (Youtube Channel), happens to be called "Sam's Slam"
They both happen to be in the same state as well.
Would this be trademark infringement?
So here's my proposed solution.
If business cards are already made and the blog name on the youtube channel is made.
One could change the blog name to "Sam's Clube" and just write in a little "e" at the end of the name of the blog and the business cards.
This would be perfectly fine correct? You would no longer be infringing upon anything?
