I am trying to claim the unclaimed property of my mother, who passed away when I was 10 years old. How do I obtain a copy of her will and the final distribution order? I am her only heir.

If your mother passed away in Clark County, then it should be available in that county's courthouse. If she passed away in another county, try that county.
