I had a roommate who says she is taking me to court because I owe her money for a variety of items. The original loan was for $2,000. I have been making payments to her every month and only owe $600. She is demanding all money by the end of the month or she is taking me to court and said I will have to pay all her lawyers fees and her expenses. What would you suggest I do. We do not live in the same State.
