What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon

I am going to be the Executor of my Mothers Estate when the time comes.

My Father has already passed.

My Father was in a Nursing home on Medicaid and there was a Lein placed on his and my Mothers Estate. Not sure of the Dollar amount of Lein, could be as much as $200K.

My question is, would/could I as a Son, and the Executor be held liable for these Leins?

Could the State or Feds seize all personal belongings of my Mother and hold them to be auctioned of to the highest bidder?

She has no Real Estate, or savings, only her personal items.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
