i purchased a car yesterday from a dealership in Mississippi. i was desperate for a car and i felt pressured into the car by the salesman. it is not even the car i wanted. he claimed that this was the only vehicle he could put me in. i gave then a check for a thousand dollars as the down payment. is there any way to get out of this car and get my down payment back? how long do you have to change your mind about a car, even if you have signed the contract already?
