Im in a business partnership with someone and While im not at work my partner calls me every name in the book to a customer of ours. Says untrue things about me and puts me down anyway possible.
Am i allowed to place a hidden recorder without him knowing to record the conversation? Can I sue him for slander if this is recorded. This is not over the phone, the slander is said about me in my own business on a daily basis.
If one party knows about the recording is this legal?
