Can A repeated offense be expunged?

Ive been charged with 2 midemeanor possesion of Drug Paraphernalia. Yes I'm an idiot....I am only 20 and I feel like my life is over because I heard you can never get a repeated offense expunged?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Were these separate incidents, or did they arise from the same indictment/complaint?

they are seperate, one 6 months after the other....

Not going to happen then.
