What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IN
My husband was fired yesterday for an attendance issue. He was required to sign termination papers and they didn't offer to give him a copy of what he signed. When I told him to call them back to request a copy of the termination papers the HR dept told him they did not give copies of those. That didn't sound right to me so I was wondering, don't you have a legal right to anything you sign?
