My partner and I have agreed to dissolve our LLC due to personal reasons beyond my control. Now that we are dissolved, he stills wants to manufacture and sell our product, with out me, that we designed, developed, manufactured, and sold under the LLC. I am not in a position to be a partner at this time, but i feel like the product and business are still 50/50. The product doesn't have a patent, we didn't have the finances to get one at the time. Do I have any legal rights to stand on regarding this? Please advise.
