One Business Using Another's License

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MN ABC Construction Company has been denied a business license and the owner is prohibited from acting as a residential building contractor. Can a ABC Construction Company advertise and conduct business using a license which is owned by XYZ Construction Company?
