What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida.

I recently had my juvenile record expunged. While applying for a teacher's certification from the state of florida department of education, it asks me to list sealed or expunged records...do i still have to list these charges, even if they are from my JUVENILE RECORD and EXPUNGED?

If you are asked to list expunged records, then you should list them - list them as juvenile expunged. It is not illegal to ask about sealed/expunged records in Fl.

Yes, you have to list them. You will be working with children and/or young adults. Your criminal background is incredibly relevant. (Fast forward: do you want your children taught by a convicted drug dealer or pedophile?) Just because a criminal record is sealed or expunged doesn't re-write history.

If it was just the usual, dumb juvenile stuff, chances are it won't be a big deal.
