I was working for a company under an annual salary contract. With 3 months left in the contract they laid me off. Is that legal? Do they owe me the remaining pay from my contract?

That depends entirely on the terms of the contract, which we have not read. No employment laws have been violated, but this would not fall under employment law. If it is a bona fide contract, then it is contract law that is in play.

The EXACT wording of the contract ounds. ONLY an attorney in your state who has read the contract IN FULL can answer your questions.
