What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

I got a wrongful termination, within how long I have to submit arbitrate?
Is arbitration a public record in California? Can poeple just type my SSN and find out I sue my former employee?

Are you a union employee? My experience in arbitration is limited to unions. In those situations, there is typically a time period that you must contact your Union rep and file a claim. Good luck!

And why exactly do you think this is a "wrongful termination" under the LAW? What LAW do you claim was violated in your termination? What most people think is a "wrongful termination", in fact, isn't.

"Arbitration" is in LIEU of suing. You don't do both.
