If a child's mother and father are both deceased, and you are greanted full guardianship over that child - what rights do you have as far as vistiations for family members? Like is there any laws saying you HAVE to let them see an older sister or brother - or that they HAVE to be able to go to their house (or can we say they can come HERE to visit them only - where they can be watched). ??? Please help!!What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Well I put this under the family law threads too... even though the reason we have them has to do with probating their moms estate.
