OK here's my question. IF my brother has a lawery already, and then, for reasons as yet unknown to me, he signs a durable power of attorney form naming a valid person as his agent, what would this mean?? He's telling me he no longer has to go to court, that his PoA will deal with his Counselor! Is this how it works? Can my girlfriend sign over power of attorney to me, and then her lawyer has to deal with me? Thanx, in advance!
