What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

i am in Minnesota. i would like to know what is the safest way to set up a bussiness bank account? i am concerned about a personal 'debt' taking funds from a bussiness bank account. will an LLC be enough? does it have to be a corporation?

Do you actually HAVE a business? Or are you simply looking for a way to shelter your money?

Most asset protection attorneys I know recommend a strategy and not a thing.

Also there is a difference between "in" and "out" protection.

See an attorney to properly protect your assets and to help prevent you from committing fraud.
